License for use and distribution

PixBuilder Studio is try-before-you-buy software. This means:

1. All copyrights to PixBuilder Studio are exclusively owned by

WnSoft Graphics.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.

PixBuilder Studio is try-before-you-buy software. This means:

1. All copyrights to PixBuilder Studio are exclusively owned by

WnSoft Graphics.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.

Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to

continue to use PixBuilder Studio, you must register.

3. There are three types of licenses issued for PixBuilder

Studio:

a. Personal license ($34)

License to use the program on one computer.

For private or non-commercial use.

b. Business license ($47)

License to use program on one computer.

For commercial, non-commercial or private use.

c. Educational license

For educational institutions may be eligible to receive a Perforce license

for use by students for classroom or research purposes. The number of users

is not limited, but one license to use on one computer.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license

to use PixBuilder Studio on as many computers as defined by the

licensing terms above for any legal purpose. The registered

PixBuilder Studio software may not be rented or leased, but may

be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person

receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the

software is an update, the transfer must include the update

and all previous versions.

Payment methods:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover,

Visa Check Card, Eurocard and MasterMoney. All orders are processed

in real time and upon completion an e-mail will be sent to you as

confirmation of your purchase. You will receive your personalized

PixBuilder Studio registration key via e-mail within 1 hour. This option

is recommended for the fastest delivery of your order.

Alternatively, you can also use the Bank/Wire Transfer, or Check/Money Order.

And Fax orders are accepted as well.

All future versions of PixBuilder Studio will be free for you.

5. The PixBuilder Studio unregistered trial version may be freely

distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the

distribution package is not modified in any way.

a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the

package with the exception of the PixBuilder Studio components,

without written permission of the copyright owner.

b. The PixBuilder Studio unregistered trial version may not be

distributed inside of any other software package without

written permission of the copyright owner.

c. Hacks/crack, keys or key generators may not be included

on the same distribution.

6. PixBuilder Studio IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY

OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT

YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS

OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,

DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF

LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of

registration, associated with the creation and distribution of

images or other products produced by PixBuilder Studio.

Legally registered owner may use his copies of PixBuilder Studio to

produce and distribute those images or other products free of any

additional PixBuilder Studio royalties.

8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,

decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the

licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as

provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall

result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and

may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Neither PixBuilder Studio binary code may be used or reverse

engineered to re-create the PixBuilder Studio compression

algorithm, which is proprietary, without written

permission of the author.

PixBuilder Studio keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated

in item 3) above, outside of the area of legal control of the

person or persons who purchased the original license, without

written permission of the copyright holder.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by WnSoft Graphics.

9. Installing and using PixBuilder Studio signifies acceptance of

these terms and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove

PixBuilder Studio files from your storage devices and cease to use the

product.
